Cahaya Nest

Perfect for families, travelers, digital nomads, bird watchers, hikers, yoga practitioners, and health-conscious folks. This charming 80 sqm apartment features:

• A spacious living room leading to the dining area and kitchen.
• Sliding door access to the back porch with a garden view.
• Three cozy bedrooms, including a Master Bedroom with a king-sized bed.
• A functional bathroom with eco-friendly soaps for all 8 guests.

The kitchen comes equipped with essential appliances, a four-burner stove, rice cooker, pots, pans, a kettle, and a French press. Subic Water is potable. The back porch offers basic exercise equipment and an open-air lounge area, perfect for yoga or relaxation. Please note that pets are not allowed in this particular Nest.

Piti Nest

A cozy 30 sqm hideaway with a snug kitchen, separated from a lush garden by a cool bar. Slide open the door to find an inviting living room with a comfy sofa bed perfect for chill times. Past the living room, the tranquil bedroom awaits, complete with a reading chair and a low table for your downtime.

The bathroom might be small, but it’s got charm with its pocket garden and skylights letting in natural light. The kitchenette, though narrow, has everything you need: a two-burner stove, pots, pans, a toaster, and a kettle with a French press for your morning coffee fix.

Virya Nest

Step inside to find a comfy kitchen flowing into the bedroom. The space is equipped with an air-conditioner and a versatile desk for remote work. Stow the desk and benches under the bed to free up more floor space. Our favorite spot? The bathroom, with its tiny tub perfect for a relaxing half-soak.

The kitchenette, though small, has everything you need: an electric stove, pots, pans, a toaster, a rice cooker, a blender, a kettle, and a French press for your morning coffee fix. Subic Water is potable, and the sink drains into a greywater system feeding the side yard. Plus, all our soaps are eco-friendly.

Discounts!

Our guests often regret not booking longer, so we've added in discounts for stays of 2 nights or more. The longer you stay, the bigger the discount. Treat yourself to that extra day!

Senior Citizens and PWDs enjoy discounts as well. Simply present your valid ID to our Nest staff after checking in. The discount will be granted to the respective cardholder after verification and evaluation by our Accounting Department.

For multiple discounts, only the discount with the higher value will be granted to the respective cardholder.
