The MiraNila Story 

MiraNila Compound in Quezon City is a heritage site rich in history and cultural significance. Built in 1929 by the Benitez family, this majestic villa that was occupied by the Japanese in WWII, was spared thanks to their vigilant gardener, who revealed himself as a Japanese officer. 

The main house, with its Italianate architecture, features elegant porches, balconies, and deep bracketed eaves. It welcomed dignitaries, family, and friends, and remains the only house on historic Mariposa Street with its original fixtures and furnishings.

In 2011, MiraNila was granted Heritage House status by the National Historical Commission and transformed into a living museum. 

The adjacent townhouse, built in 1990, now functions as MiraNamin Nest, managed by The Nest By The Sea, in partnership with Al Bacchio Italian Restaurant and The Blue Leaf.

MiraNila hosts celebrations, reunions, and cultural events, offering visitors a unique blend of history and modernity.

An Adventure In Every Corner

On the ground floor, you'll find Al Bacchio Italian Restaurant and our Indoor Plunge Pool and Dressing Suite. 

The second floor hosts 6 cozy suites, while the third floor has 2 more suites and 2 kitchens for your cooking adventures. 

The fourth floor features a roof deck with an outdoor dining area and lounge, offering stunning views of Quezon City. 

Guests have access to the patio and the well-equipped kitchen on the 3rd floor. 

Enjoy a self-service breakfast with home-made sourdough bread, peanut butter, eggs, bananas, and unlimited locally-sourced coffee. 

A refreshing bottle of calamansi juice and a selection of alcoholic beverages are available in the guest refrigerators.

An elevator is in the works, but for now, the staircase might be challenging for some guests. 

Discounts!

Our guests often regret not booking longer, so we've added in discounts for stays of 2 nights or more. The longer you stay, the bigger the discount. Treat yourself to that extra day!

For multiple discounts, only the discount with the higher value will be granted to the respective cardholder.

Weddings and Events

The listed price is inclusive of access for your suppliers and entourage the entire MiraNamin Nest for the duration of your stay. Check in and check out times apply. 

Use of The Rooftop Lounge and Dining Area is limited to 30 guests. Extra guests will be subject to a guest fee of P500 per guest. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT INDIVIDUAL ROOMS HAVE A MAX DAYTIME CAPACITY OF 10 PERSONS PER ROOM. Calachuchi and Kamantigi, being smaller, have a max daytime capacity of 5 persons per room.
