Driving here from Manila:
Take NLEX to SCTEX to Subic Bay, and at the intersection make a left towards the Subic Airport. Cubi is the housing area above the airport.
Commuting from Manila:
Take the Victory Liner bus from Cubao to Olongapo. From Olongapo City get yourself to park and shop via tricycle. You can take a taxi up to Lower Cubi.
In Cubi, coming from town via Tarlac Street, take a right before the chapel on Zambales Highway, and we are the 1st house on the left. Coming from Acea/Edgewater Resort up Zambales Highway, we are the 6th house on the right.
400 is the white house with the aqua wall. There is a pineapple marker on the road in front of the house. Park your car in any of the front parking spots. For groups with more than one car, please park your second vehicle at the waiting shed across the street and down the hill.
Kahilom Nest is the white and glass door.
Don’t mind the barking dogs- they are just doing their jobs. They won’t harm you.
If you are arriving at night, please be warned the forest is pretty dark! Don’t be alarmed, we’ve got 3 different security agencies patrolling the area, and there’s nothing too dangerous out there. :)

Visited by the monkeys <3
I have visited Forest nest with a friend ealier this year and I had such a relaxing time! I enjoyed the scenery by the balcony and delighted to see monkeys when they visited outside the nest. I have decided to bring my family to this trip and asked Tamara's recommendation for a place that can accommodate a bigger group and Kahilom nest was her recommendation. It was easy to find and we we're visited by the monkeys as soon as we arrived (one things that I was looking forward for this trip!) The place was beautiful and clean and the hosts were very helpful and accommodating! We were looking forward for a relaxing stay surrounded with nature and it was perfect! We will definitely go back!

Tamara's place is as shown in the pictures. It's well designed and clean as well as eco-friendly. Place is spacious enough to accommodate us comfortably. Tamara is very responsive to queries and was proactive enough to recommend restos and stores.
Loved watching bats and monkeys!
Staying in Tamara's nests was lovely and my family enjoyed the cozy and comfortable stay. Tamara provided all the details we could ever need for our stay, as well as a delicious breakfast (eggs, sourdough, and champorado) that made us feel at home. Access to the property was very easy, and we loved watching the bats and monkeys move around in the morning and evening.The stay overall was serene, quiet, and peaceful and was perfect for my family for the holidays. Would go back here in another occasion when I visit subic again!
