KAHILOM NEST
Kahilom, a Visayan word meaning silence, peace, or serenity, embodies this tranquil retreat. Located on the 2nd floor, this 80 sqm apartment is perfect for those seeking peace and a place to create precious memories with loved ones. Upon entering, you'll find an inviting living room leading to the dining area and kitchen. A sliding door opens to the back porch, offering fresh air and a connection with nature.

SAYA NEST
Saya, meaning fun and happiness in Tagalog, perfectly captures the spirit of Saya Nest! This cheerful 40 sqm apartment on the first floor is your ideal retreat. Step into a lively living room, separated from the kitchen by a playful bar. A sliding door leads to the side yard with an outdoor bathtub and dining area, plus ample parking for motorcycles.
The cozy bedroom features an air-conditioner and plenty of shelves. Our favorite spot? The charming bathroom with its arched divider. The spacious kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures, equipped with a four-burner stove, pots, pans, a toaster, rice cooker, kettle, and French press for your morning coffee. Saya Nest is your happy place, filled with fun and good times.
JIVA NEST
Jiva, from the Sanskrit 'jīv' meaning 'to breathe' or 'to live,' embodies tranquility. Tucked at the back of the house on the first floor, Jiva Nest offers a serene retreat.
Step into a cozy kitchen flowing into the bedroom through a narrow hallway. The end of the hallway features a folding door, revealing a staircase to the second-floor apartment, where you might hear your group enjoying the Kahilom porch. The bedroom includes an air-conditioner and a desk for remote work. The bathroom, though small, has a spacious shower.
The kitchenette is compact yet functional, equipped with an electric stove, pots, pans, a toaster, blender, rice cooker, food processor, kettle, and French press. Subic Water is potable, and the antique kitchen sink is well-preserved. We provide eco-friendly soaps. The refrigerator at the hallway's end contains cold water, calamansi juice, butter, bread, and eggs for breakfast.

Discounts!
Our guests often regret not booking longer, so we've added in discounts for stays of 2 nights or more. The longer you stay, the bigger the discount. Treat yourself to that extra day!
Senior Citizens and PWDs enjoy discounts as well. Simply present your valid ID to our Nest staff after checking in. The discount will be granted to the respective cardholder after verification and evaluation by our Accounting Department.
For multiple discounts, only the discount with the higher value will be granted to the respective cardholder.

Driving here from Manila:
Take NLEX to SCTEX to Subic Bay, and at the intersection make a left towards the Subic Airport. Cubi is the housing area above the airport.
Commuting from Manila:
Take the Victory Liner bus from Cubao to Olongapo. From Olongapo City get yourself to park and shop via tricycle. You can take a taxi up to Lower Cubi.
In Cubi, coming from town via Tarlac Street, take a right before the chapel on Zambales Highway, and we are the 1st house on the left. Coming from Acea/Edgewater Resort up Zambales Highway, we are the 6th house on the right.
400 is the white house with the aqua wall. There is a pineapple marker on the road in front of the house. Park your car in any of the front parking spots. For groups with more than one car, please park your second vehicle at the waiting shed across the street and down the hill.
Kahilom Nest is the white and glass door. There's a key locker by the door and the code is 2466
Don’t mind the barking dogs- they are just doing their jobs. They won’t harm you.
If you are arriving at night, please be warned the forest is pretty dark! Don’t be alarmed, we’ve got 3 different security agencies patrolling the area, and there’s nothing too dangerous out there. :)
