Our Rainforest Nest is the whole house listing combining 6 of our most popular Nests in Subic Bay. This house is truly surrounded by nature. Monkeys visit us daily, and birds and bats live in the trees above the house. Perfect for groups who like to have their own private spaces. The price is for 28 guests, with no extra guest fees. 

45 mins from Clark airport, 20 mins to the mall and 15 mins to the beaches, Subic Rainforest Retreat is an eco home with a living roof. This Nest is cooler than most indoor spaces as the roof cools the house even on hot days. There are nooks to lie back and relax - read a book, write a blog, or work from home. This is an old stilt house along the main road in Lower Cubi. There are six parking slots in the front of the house. From the garage, the entrances are marked, and Jiva and Virya are around the back.

The famous fruit bats of Subic Bay now live in the tree directly above our house, so you will see, hear, and smell them when you arrive. These Nests are perfect for families and friends, giving each their own space, while being under one roof. 

Comfort & Connectivity: Enjoy great water pressure with hot and cold options in the bathrooms. Relax in living rooms stocked with books, games, and Netflix. Reliable fiber internet is available, with a backup in case of rare disruptions caused by the woodland surroundings.

Outdoor Spaces: Dine together on the porches of Kahilom and Cahaya Nests, best enjoyed in the evening to avoid mischievous monkeys. Chill on the Green Roof with swings and hammocks (on dry days). Rainforest Nest guests can access a nearby pool for a fee.

Convenience & Hospitality: A laundromat, convenience stores, and a local eatery are just minutes away. Our helpful staff resides on-site and we're always a call away, even if we’re out beaching!

The entire Rainforest Nest with bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, dining, living rooms, and back porch is your private home for the duration of your stay. The bedrooms have ample beddings, and towels are provided for each guest. The kitchens are fully equipped (except microwaves) and include self-service breakfast. The water is potable, and most residents drink from the tap.

• Kahilom Nest (80 sqm): A serene forest-view retreat on the 2nd floor, perfect for families or groups. Features 3 cozy bedrooms, including a master with an en suite and forest view, a spacious kitchen, and a back porch for peaceful moments.
• Saya Nest (40 sqm): Ground-floor escape with outdoor charm. Enjoy the side yard’s dining area, bathtub, and ample parking. The airy bedroom, stylish bathroom, and well-equipped kitchen make it a favorite for couples or small groups.
• Jiva Nest: A charming hideaway tucked at the back of the house. Ideal for remote workers, this tiny apartment features a kitchen with vintage touches, eco-friendly amenities, and a spacious bedroom with a desk. Breakfast essentials included!
• Cahaya Nest (80 sqm): A spacious garden-facing haven with 3 bedrooms, including a king-size master. Enjoy eco-friendly soaps, a functional kitchen, and open-air lounging or exercise on the back porch. Perfect for up to 8 guests.

• Piti Nest (30 sqm): A cozy garden retreat with a bright skylit bathroom, narrow yet functional kitchenette, and a relaxing living room with a sofa bed. Ideal for intimate stays with nature at your doorstep.
• Virya Nest: Compact yet delightful, this studio offers a space-saving setup for remote workers. Unwind in the charming bathroom with a mini tub, eco-conscious amenities, and a kitchenette perfect for simple meals.

DISCOUNTS 

Our guests often regret not booking longer, so we've added in discounts for stays of 2 nights or more. The longer you stay, the bigger the discount. Treat yourself to that extra day! DAYTIME GUESTS We charge a daytime guest fee of P250 per guest. Please let us know if you will be entertaining guests in our Nest.

Senior Citizens and PWDs enjoy discounts as well. Simply present your valid ID to our Nest staff after checking in. The discount will be granted to the respective cardholder after verification and evaluation by our Accounting Department.

For multiple discounts, only the discount with the higher value will be granted to the respective cardholder.

CONDENSATION 

Due to the green roof we have installed on the house, and the high humidity in the area, when the air conditioners are on during the rainy season, condensation collects on the walls and ceiling of the bedrooms. To avoid this happening, we suggest guests limit the use of air conditioners, open the windows, and enjoy the cool rainforest air. WORKSHOP We have a small workshop in the corner of the house, near the road. You may hear some minor work going on there in the weekdays, but it’s mostly used for storage. 

FACADE 

Our home is an old Navy stilt house. The entire house is split into 6 AirBNB units. The house may be old, but it was built by the US Navy to withstand air raids. It's extremely sound, and newly renovated. 

REBOOKING

In line with our firm cancellation policy, we do not allow rebooking less than 2 weeks before your stay. 

CLEANING AND SHEET CHANGES

In our effort to reduce unnecessary use resources, cleaning and sheet changes are conducted every 3 days for longer stays. Should you want your sheets to be changed daily, this can be arranged for an extra cleaning fee.
