The MiraNila story. Discover the MiraNila Compound in Quezon City, a heritage site brimming with history and cultural significance. Built in 1929 by the Benitez family and designed by Francisca Tirona Benitez with Architect Gregorio Paredes, this villa survived WWII and remains a symbol of resilience. With its Italianate architecture, elegant porches, balconies, and lush gardens, MiraNila has welcomed dignitaries, family, and friends over the years.

During WWII, the house was preserved by a vigilant family gardener who revealed himself as a Japanese officer, advising the Benitez family to move to a bungalow within the property. In 2011, MiraNila was granted Heritage House status and transformed into a living museum.

Enter MiraNamin.  Adjacent to the main house is MiraNamin Nest, a townhouse built in 1990. Managed by The Nest By The Sea in partnership with Bizu Patisserie and The Blue Leaf, it blends public functions with private needs. At the Gallery By The Blue Leaf, MiraNila continues to host celebrations and cultural events, offering a unique blend of old and new for visitors.

The ground floor features Bizu Patisserie and Cafe, alongside an indoor pool and dressing suite set to open in October 2025. The second floor boasts six luxurious suites, while the third floor houses two additional suites and two fully-equipped kitchens. Ascend to the fourth floor to find a stunning rooftop deck with an outdoor dining area and lounge, perfect for enjoying sunsets and panoramic views of Quezon City.

MiraNamin guests have exclusive access to the entire residence, including the indoor pool, dressing suite, and pet lounge (opening in October 2025), as well as the rooftop lounge and dining area (opening in April 2025). Start your day with a self-service breakfast featuring champorado, sourdough bread, peanut butter, eggs, and bananas, accompanied by unlimited coffee and tea. A complimentary bottle of calamansi juice awaits you in the guest refrigerators, stocked with alcoholic beverages for your convenience.

Bizu Patisserie and Cafe MiraNila can cater to your breakfast needs, with advance arrangements. MiraNamin is a self-service bed and breakfast, with cleaning and sheet changes every 3 days for long-term guests. While we are planning to install an elevator, please note that it is not yet available, and some guests may find the staircase challenging. Our dedicated staff is on site 24 hours a day to ensure your stay is comfortable and memorable.
